Driving from Philly to Jersey ,catching the NJ Transit Train to Penn Station and roaming around the city that never sleeps is not new for us but it is for Hasini.So for a change we hopped on to the NY Sight Seeing buses which took us to the places like China Town which we have never been to. Every year the South Asian Employee Connect program at work brings everyone together for a cultural feast. What made it special this year was Jai Ho! .While Sparsa and team of manager’s and leads mastered it for three weeks and performed to perfection have joined to copy and do the balancing act in Take 2 :) The entire program was very well organized with Asian art work and Tasty Indian food. ఏటా వో సారి ఆఫీసులో అందరినీ కలేస్తూ తిర్నాళ్ళ లా జరిగే సౌత్ ఏసియన్ కన్నెట్ ,ఈసారి జై హో నౄత్య ప్రధర్సన తో మరిన్ని ప్రసంసలు అందుకొంది.మూడు వారాల ప్రాక్టీసుతో స్పర్శ, మనేజర్లు , లీడ్లు మొదటి రౌండు అదరగొట్టారు.రెండో రౌండుకి నేను ఆగలేక దుంకి స్టెప్పులు కాపీ కొడుతూ చేసిన ఫేట్లు చూసి అనందించండి:)

@@@Time Machine to 2009 It is tough to give up habits we have cultivated over the years. And when its dance i find it hard to resist no matter what the place and context are. Sebastian was one of my mentors at the new work place. I found their agile programming practices and the passion to share so interesting that I used to take pictures and shoot videos when they organize the agile Philly sessions once every month. As i shared our Dhwani performance video with Sebastian an outlook email icon popped on the right corner of my screen - Talent Show was the subject and what happened next can be seen here. Thanks to Sebastian for shooting a memorable video and Purple Team for the banners and encouragement. Every evening ,as soon as we hear the unique silencer sound of your legendary Bajaj Chethak we used to act studious.While you park the scooter we ran towards you to grab our favorite snacks. I have started liking Chiranjeevi because my friends said he looks like you. Though mom used to take disciplinary action when and where required:),i can not remember an instance where you even harshly spoke. Short or long drives you keep us entertained with your stories and experiences filled with wisdom and humor. Every time i drive to jersey or watch a movie i remember our nostalgic drives from Vinjamoor to Nellore and how we used to watch every good movie the first week. Dhwani is the cultural event of VISA (Villanova Indian Students Association) that is celebrated every year during Diwali. As we danced for the 5 min fusion of three telugu songs the entire event was a high-energy show with dancing, singing and delicious Indian food. ఎప్పుడు ఎదో ఒక పండుగకి ఎదొ ఒక అస్సొసియేషన్ వారు ఏర్పాటు చేసే సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలలో పాల్గొనే మేము ఇ సారి మన విలనొవా యునివర్సిటీ ఇండియన్ విద్యార్దులు దీపావలి సమయంలో గనంగా జరుపుకొనే ధ్వని లో పాల్గొన్నాము.ఆ పెర్ఫార్మెన్సు కి ప్రతి ధ్వని మిరే వినండి/చూడంది.యౌత్ అమ్మా:)

Dancing in front of your close relatives and friends is not same as dancing on stage.Here is short video of me and sparsa as we did a Pokiri in Denver - The mile high city.It was on the eve of my nephews first birthday which makes it even more memorable! Not that i have won an oscar but - This post on the blog is dedicated to every professor like Lingaraju Sir who not only guided us academically to be good professionals but also encouraged us in every tiny aspect of our lives and taught us by example on how to be good human-beings. @@@10 years ago some Shimoga Standard Time... It was a small but well decorated stage on the lawn in the middle of our three storied computer science department building.The stage was built with atmost planning/care by a bunch of final year students under the supervision of two newly joined lecturers .They were so possesive about it that they dint want any one to dance claiming that it was too small and delicate.All that was allowed for that evenings yearly COSMOS(our Dept Nick Name) departmental function were a few songs and speeches.Disappointed ,as i was stepping out of the building i ran in to our CG(Computer Graphics) Professor SM Lingaraju Sir.One of the - not only mine but many others - ...

They used to call me batkan(a roaming soul) while in college and i have proved it again and again while i drove miles in snow and wind and flew places in rain and the sun - asking but not caring why. But not any more.. When the long drives are really long..... When i search for movies/books on the flight.. When i wait for the best of the movies to end.... When i  can see/realize my shadows... Thats when you are not next to me and that is when i cared to ask why...
